LITTLEWOOD-PALEY THEOREM FOR SCHR(O)DINGER OPERATORS

Let H be a Schr(o)dinger operator on Rn. Under a polynomial decay condition for the kernel of its spectral operator, we show that the Besov spaces and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces associated with H are well defined. We further give a Littlewood-Paley characterization of Lp spaces in terms of dyadic functions of H. This generalizes and strengthens the previous result when the heat kernel of H satisfies certain upper Gaussian bound.     

Comonotone approximation with interpolation at the ends on an interval

Let a function f ∈ C[-1, 1], changes its monotonisity at the finite collection Y := {y1,… ,ys} of s points yi ∈ (-1, 1). For each n ≥ N(Y), we construct an algebraic polynomial Pn, of degree ≤ n, which is comonotone with f, that is changes its monotonisity at the same points yi as f, and |f(x)-Pn(x)|≤c(s)ω2(f,(√1-x2)/n), x∈[-1,1],where N(Y) is a constant depending only on Y, c(s) is a constant depending only on s and ω2 (f, t) is the second modulus of smoothness of f.     

重力场流分离系统用于聚苯乙烯颗粒的分离条件优化

重力场流分离是最简单的场流分离(gravitational flow-field fractionation,GrFFF)技术,常用于分离粒径几微米到几十微米的颗粒及生物样品。利用自组装加工的重力场流分离仪器分离3种不同粒径(3、6、20μm)的聚苯乙烯(PS)颗粒。自制了一种混合表面活性剂,并与商品化的表面活性剂FL-70进行了比较。通过均匀设计优化流速、混合表面活性剂中聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)的质量分数、载液黏度、停流时间等分离条件,以分离度(Rs)和保留比(R)为评价指标,发现FL-70的分离效能略优于自制的混合表面活性剂,可实现3种PS颗粒的完全分离(Rs1为1.771,Rs2为2.074)。结果表明该系统具有良好的分离性能。     

Disjoint Paths in Decomposable Digraphs

The k‐linkage problem is as follows: given a digraph and a collection of k terminal pairs such that all these vertices are distinct; decide whether D has a collection of vertex disjoint paths such that is from to for . A digraph is k‐linked if it has a k‐linkage for every choice of 2k distinct vertices and every choice of k pairs as above. The k‐linkage problem is NP‐complete already for [11] and there exists no function such that every ‐strong digraph has a k‐linkage for every choice of 2k distinct vertices of D [17]. Recently, Chudnovsky et al. [9] gave a polynomial algorithm for the k‐linkage problem for any fixed k in (a generalization of) semicomplete multipartite digraphs. In this article, we use their result as well as the classical polynomial algorithm for the case of acyclic digraphs by Fortune et al. [11] to develop polynomial algorithms for the k‐linkage problem in locally semicomplete digraphs and several classes of decomposable digraphs, including quasi‐transitive digraphs and directed cographs. We also prove that the necessary condition of being ‐strong is also sufficient for round‐decomposable digraphs to be k‐linked, obtaining thus a best possible bound that improves a previous one of . Finally we settle a conjecture from [3] by proving that every 5‐strong locally semicomplete digraph is 2‐linked. This bound is also best possible (already for tournaments) [1].     

两阶段双寡头垄断市场Hotelling定价模型

激烈的双寡头垄断市场竞争环境下,单一定价和歧视定价成为厂商选择的两大定价策略.考虑到网络外部效用的广泛存在性与对称性,对传统的Hotelling模型加以改进,分价格竞争和策略选择两个阶段,对双寡头垄断厂商的定价策略进行了博弈分析,指出了各种均衡情况及需满足的条件,并验证了歧视定价相对单一定价的边际成本、网络外部效应、消费者对产品的忠诚度等因素对厂商进行定价策略选择的重要影响,为其制定最优定价策略提供了指导.     

Some Results on the Growth of Polynomials

In this paper,we have studied the Lacunary type of polynomials and proved a result which generalizes as well as refines some well-known polynomial inequalities regarding the growth of polynomials not vanishing inside a circle.Further the paper corrects the proofs of some already known results.     

Shared Values of Certain Nonlinear Differential Polynomials of Meromorphic Functions

In this paper,by using the idea of truncated counting functions of meromorphic functions,we deal with the problem of uniqueness of the meromorphic functions whose certain nonlinear differential polynomials share one finite nonzero value.     

Universal mappings for certain classes of operators and polynomials between Banach spaces

A well‐known result of J. Lindenstrauss and A. Pełczyński (1968) gives the existence of a universal non‐weakly compact operator between Banach spaces. We show the existence of universal non‐Rosenthal, non‐limited, and non‐Grothendieck operators. We also prove that there does not exist a universal non‐Dunford–Pettis operator, but there is a universal class of non‐Dunford–Pettis operators. Moreover, we show that, for several classes of polynomials between Banach spaces, including the non‐weakly compact polynomials, there does not exist a universal polynomial.
